Law Department

Main functions:
- to prepare or participate in the preparation (analyze, provide legal expertise) draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as projects of decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, projects, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, other draft regulations developed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- to conduct legal review of the draft orders, instructions and other normative legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- to represent  the interests of the Ministry in legal courts and other authorities;
- to provide employees of the Ministry and the organizations of the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, legal assistance on issues related to the competence of the Ministry.
