Tatarstan consolidated budget receives 130,5 billion roubles in the first half of 2017

On July 19, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax agencies of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the main tasks for the republic for 2018-2020 are a balanced budget, fulfillment of all social obligations and execution of the "May decrees" of the President of the Russian Federation.

The meeting focused on the results of the implementation of the regional consolidated budget for the first half of 2017 and tasks of financial, treasury and tax agencies of the republic till the end of 2017.

For the first half of 2017, the regional consolidated budget received 119 billion roubles, including tax and non-tax revenues. Together with federal funds, revenues of the consolidated budget of the republic amounted to 130.5 billion roubles, Minnikhanov said.

According to him, the main macroeconomic indicators of the republic have shown good dynamics, and for five months of the current year the gross regional product (GRP) has gone up by 4 per cent, the industrial production index by 3.4 per cent, the volume of construction works is almost the same as it was last year. The turnover of retail trade has increased by 2.3 per cent.

"The main task now is to maintain the positive dynamics achieved, to make use of all the reserves for further economic growth, to ensure budgetary revenues, as well as effective activity of enterprises," Minnikhanov said.
