The Finance Ministry next year will get back to a three-year budget development, said the deputy minister Maxim Oreshkin. The authorities of the Russian Federation this year on the economy recession background  and falling oil prices have decided to form a one-year budget - only for 2016. "As for the three-year budget, the plans - to prepare it in the next year for the period of 2017-2019 years", - he said at the conference Oreshkin Standard & Poor's «Russia's economy: growth opportunities?"
